I make clever use of game mechanics. And Fendi dies on the 2nd round of Soul Form.

This means that if you move far enough away from this location before attacking Fendi Nin again, you will not have to fight the Damned Crewman as well. Note that this trick only works with avoiding Damned Crewman, not Skeletal Archers.

I'm guessing that.

I'm aware of that trick, but I find it really hard to believe that 4 shots of RoJ and some whacks with a sword are enough to finish Fendi.
Additionally, how does he manage a retreat after Fendi returns to corporeal form without messing up his tank-n-spank? Without a retreat, he's going to end up fighting the archers (whatever) and then the next set of crewmen will spawn on top of him.
I'm guessing he does some silliness with pulling Fendi into a fire jet.

Are you clueless? S&MS hits for 400-500+ with JI and Deathbane mod, and it's spammable with the setup I use.
And I do not use the fires to kill Fendi, I won't deny the potential the jets have, but it's too much of a hassle to block Fendi there with the use of the stupid Crewmember & yourself. It goes way fastER the way I do it.
Edit: Oh, and Fendi is one of those encounters where the player has absolute control of events. Only morons will spawn the adds on top of the group if the group cannot handle them, or if the henchmen are in poor positions.

I decided I'll make another gameplay clip, this time it's HM Forgewight, 30 minutes. Now you can see why I mentioned that completing Forgewight in 25 minutes is possible with proper execution; Not a clean run and I ended up finishing the run in a bit under 30 minutes.
Forgewight HM: His group dies in under 30 minutes. In a hurry atm so I can't to upload a large HQ file, I'll do that later.

Non-choppy video, thanks to new software.
EDIT >>> Thanks for recommending those apps.

WeGame is a free program that records video and audio from Guild Wars. Encodes video in MJPEG AVI format. Requires free registration and an online connection.
CamStudio is another open source program. Xfire can capture video. Have not tested either one.
There are assorted trial versions, but those generally have recording restrictions or watermarks, etc.

Not to sure about recommended, but Taxi is free (check sourcefore.net).
Virtualdub can capture the desktop but I am not sure it will capture DirectX/OpenGL rendering.
Some digital camcorders can operate as recorders and if you're PC comes with video-out that might be an option.

Thats pretty cool. SoO is the only dungeon I have not been able to H/H.
Just a few questions, I have only a ranger primary there with all PVE skills, any suggestions for a decent set up? Should it be a scythe ranger? Also I could not get your video's to load so what is the proper argo format for Fendi?
Thanks for the help!

I think its probably only possible as a warrior, at least with those speeds, since you need to be able to do 500+ DPS on Fendi and effectively AoE the mobs you face along the way(OP mofo lolol).
Not sure though, I'm sure you could take a similar setup on your ranger and try it out?

I see that now, when I had originally posted I followed a link from the Hero/AL section. Anyways the dungeon can be done with a scythe ranger using your hero set up but I had to pull the boss into the flame jets at the end. I also gave one of the hero's Draw conditions to keep blind off. I also brought my warrior to SoO and timed them both. The ranger was only slightly slower then the warrior. (Though I still had to pull the boss in the end which added time to both runs.) Thanks for the set up.

No problem dude. And out of curiosity - how long did SoO HM take on your ranger & warrior?
I might record myself completing Kathandrax & Frostmaw's somewhere in the near future, & I decided to re-record Fendi HM: http://www.filefront.com/16472627/Fendi.wmv - decent quality.

Hmm, If you were going to be doing urgoz in this manner, what would you run on your war? Wasn't sure if erf shakur would be better than 100b. Was also thinking about bringing some kind of block so I could get the wolves out of exhaustion before having the hench kill them. Probably going to be running with people using random SF heroes.

Just a question, when you have Fendi pulled, why don't you attack him (before he goes into soul form)?
